Hello! I’m Vivila, a bilingual educator and psychotherapy intern with a decade of experience in mental health, sex education, and human development. I’m currently a MACP candidate pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I’ve worked with teens, parents, couples, teachers, and healthcare professionals—especially in cross-cultural and emotionally sensitive contexts.
I work with individuals, couples, families and groups who are navigating:
- Emotional stress and physical tension
- Cultural or intergenerational silence around intimacy
- Shame, confusion, or disconnection in relationships
- Desire for more fulfilling communication or closeness
- Questions about identity, boundaries, sexuality, or relational patterns
- challenges at human development stages such as puberty, teenage years, adulthood, transitioning
My approach is rooted in compassion, mind-body connection, and trauma-informed care. I offer structured and reflective support—where you can feel your way back to yourself, at your own pace. You don’t have to know exactly what you need. If you’re curious about what’s going on beneath the surface, or you just want to feel more at home in your body and relationships, I invite you to reach out. Sessions available in English and Mandarin, online. You can book a free 15-minute consultation to ask any questions about your concerns.

Hello! My name is Gillian O'Neil. I’m currently a MACP candidate pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University.
I have experience supporting adults in inpatient addiction treatment settings and working with individuals navigating mood disorders, mental health challenges, and substance use concerns.
I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are unsure of where to begin or feel pressure to have everything figured out. I am here to help.
I use a warm, person-centred, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and honouring their unique experiences, needs, and goals. I integrate evidence-based therapies to support growth, insight, and practical coping skills.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels comfortable.
I work with young adults, adults and families who are struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, emotional regulation, coping skills, relationship challenges, and emotional distress using:
- Person-Centred Therapy,
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and
- Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Outside of my work, I enjoy physical activity and spending quality time with my pets, both being joy to my life.

Hi and welcome! My name is Natasha, and I’m currently an MACP candidate with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

As a MACP candidate, I offer services at a lower rate and in an online format, making the process more accessible and allowing us to work where you are comfortable. If you need support or are seeking the tools to create a better life balance and feel we may be a good fit, please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to working with you collaboratively to achieve your goals.

Hi, I’m Joy. I’m a counseling practicum student currently completing my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University. My journey into counseling began with my work as a recreation therapist, where I supported individuals facing mental health challenges through community engagement, goal-setting, and meaningful activities. Walking alongside people in vulnerable moments and witnessing their resilience inspired me to deepen my counseling work.
I believe meaningful change happens through connection and trust. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and person-centered. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly and feel supported as they work toward their goals.
During my practicum, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help clients develop practical tools, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.
It’s a privilege to support clients as they discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward growth and healing.
